At B SIDES Jeans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on all unworn, unwashed denim within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic B SIDES tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio inspects the returned denim, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
